Online Dues Payment Form | Eff. Jan. 2023

Greetings!

As stated in the Fiscal Officers Manual regarding fiscal chapter management and guidelines, "local dues are due and payable at the same time as Grand Chapter dues. Similarly, the national fiscal management guidelines also state, "If PayPal is used for the collection of dues, the fee can be passed on to the soror."

Please note that by proceeding to the next step, you understand the above statement and the requirement to remit any local and national dues - plus any applicable fees associated with processing the online payment of your dues - which will be requested at the conclusion of this form.

Be reminded that all fees submitted are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Important Transitional Year Information:
At the 55th National Convention, the delegates voted to change our fiscal year to a calendar year. The last six months of 2023 is the transitional period. If you are currently financial for 2022-23 and paying dues for this six-month period, only one half local dues are being collected as national dues for 2022-23 are extended through this period. If you are not currently financial, then you must also pay 2022-23 dues as well as the local dues for the six-month period. If you answer the questions properly in this worksheet, then the form will calculate your total amount due – including the associated PayPal fee.

Additionally, please understand that additional information will be requested through this online portal, to ensure we are able to process your dues effectively and efficiently. All information (member number, chapter of initiation, maiden name, etc.) is required to assist with the online payment process.
